The chicken is cranky because it has an itchy tail, because it is a nice day and because the dirt is so dirty. It is also upset because a leaf is in its way and it kicks it. Under it there is a worm which follows the chicken. The worm asks the chicken questions and it finds out the chicken doesn't have a family or friends.
The things that make the chicken cranky are : mismatched socks, cupcakes without sprinkles, sunny days, rainy days, food with holes, cheese especially with holes . The chicken feels happy when it wears fancy shoes ,on Halloween, on birthdays , watching cat videos, going to discos and having friends.
The worm makes matching t-shirt for both of them with the logo BFFs. The chicken doesn't know how to be a best friend and the worm wants to teach it.In his opinion the best friends have to wear the same clothes, sing together, eat the same food, do arm wrestling, hold hands but they realize neither has hands. Speedy confesses in the end that he doesn't know how to be a best friend, either.
Like good friends they share their secrets and Speedy says ice cream makes him happy as well as fishing . He also likes reading ,, The Books of Worms''.
I and my brother David live in Romania, in a small town named Giurgiu. I am eleven years old and my brother is one year older than me. We attend school number four in the mornings.
We get up at 7 o' clock and we arrive at school at ten to eight a.m. . We have classes until 1 p.m. and after that we have lunch at home . In the afternoon on Monday David has Maths tutorial from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. .Later, at quarter to six we both have English tutorial.We have dinner at around 8 o' clock and than we have a shower and go to bed at half past nine.
On Tuesday we have tutorials at Romanian and Maths from 2 p.m to 4 p.m. After tutorials we play video games until we have dinner. After dinner we always brush our teeth and sometimes we have a shower.
Every Wednesday we have tutorials at Romanian and Maths again. We never play or do any sports, which is not all right . Then David learns at Geography, Biology and History. Ianis studies at Science, History and Geography.
Thursdays are the same.
Fridays come with a change. We have tutorials at French from three p.m to half past four and after that we call our grandparents for a short chat. Two of them live in Giurgiu, two of them in Stanesti. We don't usually visit them .
At the weekend David has tutorials at Romanian on Sunday and Maths on Saturday. Ianis stays at home and plays video games.
